Uganda
Bugia Sunrise is comprised of a medical clinic (Grace Family Health Centre) and primary school, located in the Mukono district of Uganda. Global Health Consulting Group was contracted to expand their maternity services, provide an on-site needs assessment, evaluate a new dormitory construction plan and create the initial implementation of a volunteer midwifery program.

Morocco
Midwife to Midwife was created in response to the desires of local midwives in the Atlas Mountains region of Morocco to reduce maternal and infant mortality. Global Health Consulting Group partnered with local stakeholders to conceptualize and implement a health strengthening program as well as community outreach programs.

Philippines
Bumi Wadah Foundation Philippines runs a birth center and maternity clinic, which has provided free care in Dulag, Leyte since the devastation of Typhoon Yolanda in 2013. In addition to prenatal care and childbirth services, Bumi Wadah provides medical missions, meal outreach programs, and community health education. The GHCG team oversaw volunteer coordination from 2014-2016, assisting local midwives with international midwifery support until they became self-sustainable. GHCG continues to support this site as well as their future project in Palawan, Philippines.
